A School Development Plan (SDP) is a roadmap that lays down specific interventions that a school undertakes within a period of three consecutive school years. It aims to improve the three key result areas in basic education:-

Our School Development Plan (SDP) is the central document which myself, the senior leaders and governors map out our strategic plans for the development of the school, it is the tool by which we plan for change and improvement. The plan outlines our values and areas to target, and what resources will be required to achieve the plan’s ambitions
Our plan is continually reviewed by myself and the senior leaders to ensure it meets the needs of the school, and approved and reviewed by the Governing Body regularly at governing body meetings.
